Whether you are navigating grief, processing trauma, or simply feeling that something is not quite right, individual therapy offers a space to slow down and listen inward.

I am very comfortable using embodiment techniques to help us connect with our psyches. These can range from meditation, dance, song, movement, whatever feels spontaneous and aligned.

couples sessions

Couples therapy offers a supported space to communicate, hear one another more fully, and find a way forward together — whether you are navigating conflict, loss, a major life transition, or simply a growing distance between you.

When working with couples, I will suggest occasional individual sessions to help our work progress.
