Background
Multicultural trauma therapy
Julia was raised in São Paulo, Brazil, in a bilingual German-Brazilian household. Her journey from the US and Germany to practicing in London has shaped her deep multicultural perspective. She brings this global, culture-aware lens into her trauma-informed therapy practice.

Academic Training & Trauma-Informed Credentials
Julia actively engages with psychology and trauma research, weaving fresh insights into her therapeutic practice. She integrates emerging insights into her work, bridging scholarship with her own lived experience; and the experiences of those she supports and works with.
This interdisciplinary approach keeps her practice responsive, evidence-based, and attuned to the unique needs of each client.
